Initiating Department

Prepares Personnel Recommendation (PR), Justification, supporting
documents, resume of referred person. On the PR, writes
names of appropriate authorities to receive PR copy.
- Forwards
PR , Justification, supporting documents, resume of referred
person, directly to Department of Employment for processing.
- HR Department of
Employment
- Receives Personnel
Recommendation (PR), Justification, supporting documents,
resume of referred person, for quality control review and
final signature approval.
- Completes
the hiring process.
- Separates the
Personnel Recommendation form; attaches Justification, supporting
documents, for distribution, as follows:
