GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

  1. Monitor the EEO Complaint Process and change as needed.


  2. Update EEO statistics with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).


  3. Begin initial Planning of 1 major diversity measure/activity.


  4. Assist the Office of the General Counsel as needed regarding EEO matters.


  5. Evaluate Program effectiveness.


  6. Monitor and review EEO/SH procedures.


  7. Track complaints.


  8. Establish public relations for EEO Program through the development of EEO Website and EEO Program brochure.


  9. Conduct training (PDLA) and SH Briefings, as required.
