As we prepare for the July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 Performance Evaluation Program (PEP), the Human Resource Management Office of Total Compensation would like to advise the university-wide community of the upcoming program schedule, dates for response and information highlights for this year’s Performance Evaluation Program (PEP).  This program covers all non-union, non-hospital and non-faculty employees with at least ninety days of service and is designed for both supervisory and non-supervisory staff.  This year's Performance Evaluation Program will follow the timeline listed below:

August 28 - september 13 2007 PEP Information Refresher Sessions
  The following sessions will provide a direct opportunity for managers and supervisor to seek answers to questions and will provide a refresher on the program enhancements for the upcoming performance period:

  Supervisors schedule discussions with each eligible employee regarding performance evaluation ratings for the July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 performance period and establish annual objectives/goals for the NEXT performance period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007
September 21, 2007 PEP Forms Submission
  Completed and approved PEP forms submitted to the Office of Total Compensation, Human Resource Management at the Howard University Service Center (HUSC), Suite 422
