Question: Why did the EEO Office decide to set up an EEO Website? Is it really going to make a difference?

Answer: The Office for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) has determined that enhanced outreach and communication efforts will keep our valued employees abreast of the Civil Rights laws, our policies, and other EEO-related matters in the workplace. It will also inform employees of what is happening here at Howard University in terms of EEO and how they can be involved. We also hope that this website will serve as one more avenue to convey to employees Howard University's unwavering commitment to EEO.

Communicating and working together, we will achieve our ultimate Vision,

"To create a University/Hospital environment that is free from all forms of discrimination."

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
